Ms. Aceves is an Associate Attorney at Schweitzer Law Partners, APC, who handles a broad range of estate planning matters, including trusts, wills, probates, general and limited conservatorships, and special needs trusts. Ms. Aceves is fluent in Spanish.

Experience
After years of experience in business development and experiencing many of life’s challenging lessons, Cynthia decided to change career paths and pursue a career in law. Cynthia earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she distinguished herself through academic excellence. During her time in law school, Cynthia served as a Dean’s Fellow where she mentored first-year law students and participated as a certified law clerk in the Children’s Rights Clinic. Throughout law school, she worked with various legal organizations focused on helping families with children with special needs navigate challenging legal issues in special education law. Cynthia is particularly passionate about helping families think about the “what ifs” and working with families to protect what matters to them most.
