Seven years ago Kayla Horacek came to work for the Schweitzer Law Partners as an associate attorney. She attended Santa Clara University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2002. She attended Southwestern University School of Law in 2003, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2005. Shortly thereafter, she was admitted to the California State Bar.
When asked about the decision to make Ms. Horacek a partner,Mr. Schweitzer had this to say, "The decision to add Kayla to our management team was an easy one. Kayla has been with the firm for over seven years and has developed into an accomplished Family Law attorney. In 2012 Kayla was certified as a Family Law Specialist and she has proven time after time to be an attorney who provides excellent service to our clients. Moreover, Kayla has excellent judgment and is often described as the "adult in the room."
